Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Dongfangshow. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

30-Day Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

In the same condition as when you received it
Unused and unassembled
In its original packaging
Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

To request a return, please contact us at sainigao@gmail.com before sending your item back.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return address and return instructions.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, replacement parts, or a refund.

Missing Building Pieces

If your building set is missing pieces, please contact us at sainigao@gmail.com with:

Your order number
The missing part number or description
A photo of the instruction manual showing the missing piece, if available

We will arrange replacement parts whenever possible.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind or personal preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is caused by a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution.

Sale Items

Sale and promotional items are covered by the same 30-day return policy, unless otherwise clearly stated on the product page.

Gift cards, if offered, are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, the fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order after your return has been approved.

If you received the wrong or defective product, please contact us first so we can assist you directly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund after it has been issued.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused and in its original packaging, together with proof of purchase.
